1. Acceptance of Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any order placed by the buyer implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. 

2. Reproductions
All illustrations, dimensions, and indications are provided for information only and without obligation. We reserve the right to modify models or their execution without prior notice.

3. Offers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, offers, whether oral or written, are only valid subject to immediate agreement and acceptance of the proposed quantities. Offers may be canceled if a sale occurs within a shorter period. Prices may be adjusted in case of exchange rate fluctuations affecting imported goods.

4. Prices
The indicated prices are indicative prices valid on the day of the offer, excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices apply to full packaging units.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days net. In case of late payment, fees and interest will be charged to the buyer. For new customers: advance payment by cash, credit card, or PayPal. Credit sales are possible after a solvency check. We reserve the right to share payment information with third parties. Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of Marcy Sàrl.

6. Subscription
Contract: The subscription contract takes effect on the agreed date, usually the delivery date. It is concluded for a minimum duration of 12 months and is automatically renewed for 12-month periods. Termination: Unless otherwise agreed, the contract can be terminated with 90 days’ notice before the end of the initial period or any renewal. Termination must be communicated by email to info@marcy.ch or by phone at +41794777143.

7. Delivery Times
We strive to meet the shortest possible delivery times. No compensation can be claimed for late delivery.

8. Returns
The return of new, unused goods in their original packaging is only possible with prior agreement. Non-standard, personalized, or custom-made items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

9. Complaints
Goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any complaint must be reported within 8 days. In case of loss or damage during postal or rail shipment, the recipient must have a report established by the relevant services before accepting the goods.

10. Warranty
In case of proven material or manufacturing defect, a 6-month warranty from delivery is granted. Any claim for damages is excluded.

11. Intellectual Property
All copyright related to the website and online shop belongs to Marcy Sàrl. The use of images, drawings, texts, and numbers is prohibited without written permission. It is forbidden, without prior written authorization, to copy, reproduce, modify, or have any product or part marketed by Marcy Sàrl manufactured by a third party, including customized versions. Any violation of this prohibition may result in legal action and claims for damages.

12. General Provisions
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porrentruy.
